My thoughts:
Episode four we see the guys going out learning how to create gunpowder and ultimately creating some sort of explosion, which then signals to everyone else where they are as they’re trying to avoid the antagonist ironically, they also do this, and it also prompts other people that they didn’t know existed in this new world to also light signal fires so that they are now not alone Unfortunately, the heroine is taken by force and used as a pawn and leverage to get the main character to agree to give up on science completely for the new world to this. We get to see his background and how much science actually does for him and has basically shaped his entire life even at the risk impossibility of being killed he decides that he’s never gonna give up on science no matter what
