In the bustling world of superheroes, “SHY” introduces us to a refreshingly unique protagonist: a timid and uncertain heroine known as Shy. My Thoughts:
So as described SHY is about an extremely shy super hero. Our female protagonist, SHY is a genuine super hero with amazing powers and abilities including flight and super strength to name a few. Her biggest flaw is her extreme anxiety. This all comes to a head one day at a theme park where a roller coaster full of people gets trapped suspended upside down at the top of the loop. The first passenger, a young girl girl that SHY recognizes as brave asks her to save everyone else first before her.
True to her super hero heart she saves everyone else first but right as she is saving the last girl the cart breaks free and while she saves her live she ends up critically injured; causing SHY to doubt herself.
At the end of the episode after pushing through her fears and saving another baby and mother, she is literally transported by another female hero to space to a secret hero hideout.
It is here she meets the unified, the female overseer of all of earth’s heroes.
She is formally invited to the “league of heroes” (I’m not sure they have an official name yet).
