My brief thoughts after watching my first episode:
The first episode of Code Geass is a bit much and you have to pay super close attention but from what I can gather so far. Lelouch (the main protagonist so far) is attempting to save his people and region from utter annihaltion from this enemy of Britannia. He gives me the Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde vibes and looks just like a vampire.
The heroin that he saves seems to be the secret of what I’m sure is to unfold as the plot thickens. Overall this is not my favorite anime so far but I do like the romanticism of Britain / Old Country and all!
